Signed disclosure and application approvals have clear limits.
Wallet-signed self-attestations
Choose fields, audience, purpose and expiry, then sign and optionally encrypt the document. A verified signature proves who signed the content; it is not an independent proof of balance or a zero-knowledge compliance proof.
Application approvals and on-chain authority
Owner, manager, proposer, reviewer and viewer roles are enforced by the service. Proposers cannot approve themselves; edits and revocations invalidate approvals. These controls do not prevent a treasury key holder from acting outside the application.
Match the actual receipt
Invoice reconciliation checks finalized, reference-bound net credit. Bridge delivery checks the destination separately from source confirmation. An order stop response does not prove a refund has arrived.
